( Headlights Rear Lights )
Aside from the headlights and auxiliary lights, the lights in the front of the motorhome consist of the Marker/Clearance (M/C) lights and the Front/Part/Turn (FPT) lights. I've covered the headlights elsewhere and haven't decided what I need (or want) for auxilliary lights, leaving the M/C and FPT lights. As with the rear lights, what I needed for front lights, and where they should be mounted, is spelled out in the federal rules.
The design decisions I had made regarding the rear lights were based on my preliminary concept of what I wanted the front to look like, which made the front choices easier. The FPT lights needed to match the shape and clear lens of the backup lights, except with amber LEDs instead of white. (The taillights mimic the headlights.)

My initial choice for M/C lights (commonly called cab lights) is shown below. These have the clear lens and vintage look I wanted but were round instead of rectangular. Also, a set of these was quite expensive.

While I was trying to figure out how I'd convince my wife that I really, really, really needed several hundred dollars worth of cab lights, Saving Grace Supply added the following lights to their inventory.

These have the clear lens and rectangular shape that I wanted and are similar to cab lights used on some older pickup and medium trucks. Best of all, a set of five cost 1/3 as much as a set of the other lights.

As you can probably tell from the photo credits, I bought almost all my LED lights from Saving Grace Supply. They've proven to be a reliable, top-notch company with a comprehensive array of lights.
